I couldn’t resist, I had to take a picture. They set up the display in the middle of the mall (and moved the Easter bunny to upstairs by JC Penny, awww lol) last weekend. There’s Glinda’s “bubble” dress as well as her “Popular” dress and Elphaba’s scene II dress. As well as her “One Short Day” dress. You know what woulda been awesome? Having Fiyero’s outfits up there as well. How come Fiyero gets no attention? He’s a main character too! Kinda. It’s okay Fiyero, I think you’re awesome!

I’m looking through my picture recap and I don’t know which day came before which (I prefer to be in order), it’s not like you guys would know the difference, so I’m gonna just put them in a random order. Sorry I had to say it “out loud” to warn myself lol!

I finally got to make my Bed Bath & Beyond run to get some stuff I needed. Ban is the only deodorant that doesn’t give me an allergic reaction. Have you ever had an allergic reaction to a deodorant before? It’s the most irritating thing ever. Surprisingly our Bed Bath & Beyond is the only place that carries the new scent (like the one above). They didn’t have my usual toothpaste so I grabbed that one, it burns. Seriously. Like something fierce. And remember how I was talking about my desire for the Jolly Rancher Gummies? They’re disgusting. I’m so sad.

Boston Market started these $5 meal deals and I’ve been addicted to them lately! OMG. Husband get’s this half chicken carver sandwich OMG, it’s so damn good! And so are their mashed potatoes and lemonade! Yum. My mouth is watering just thinking about it…!

I’ve also been obsessed with Popeyes Mississippi Mud Pie! My dad bought one for me last week and now I’m hooked. This is seriously the best thing I’ve ever eaten before. It just makes all the bad things fade away. I’m so serious. And did you know that Panera Bread’s lemonade had free refills?! I swear the last time I bought one (last year-ish) they told me there was no free refills! Did the person lie to me or did they recently change it? Either way, I’m excited. I like their lemonade, even if it does give me a stomach ache later… lol.

We usually do our homework at Panera cause usually it’s quiet. It hasn’t been quiet lately. It’s been packed. Does everyone have finals soon? I don’t understand why it’s so packed and loud. I swear there’s study groups but they just sit there and talk really loud for no reason! Shut up! People are doing homework! Husband doesn’t wanna do homework there anymore though, so we just rent out a study room at school. I mean it is much quieter but there’s no food there lol!

I also ran into my good friend Bernard that day. Aww, I miss you Bernard! If you’re reading this, which you’re probably not lol!

I went to Coco Swirl a few days ago because they released a new flavor and I was kinda craving the Moon Pie flavor but I found they removed both flavors but they had Red Velvet. Which was kinda… weird. It was good, but weird. Really creamy. I’ve been putting chocolate chips on my froyo a lot lately… I’m not a huge fan of chocolate but ever since I had that Mud Pie, I’ve had a new found love for chocolate… weird!

Usual Barns & Noble reading! Hex Hall and Fairest of All are both on my wish list. I got The Last Song when it was released awhile back and never read it. Now I’m trying to finish it before the movie comes out! I hate watching a movie without reading the book first. You know what annoys me? That they kick you out of the children’s section now! I’m usually at B&N at 9PM-ish. There aren’t any kids or parents around at that time, but they still kick us out. I actually prefer to go to Borders. They have more places to sit there!

I figured out last week that the dry/itchy/bumpy-ness on my hands is actually eczema. I don’t think I’ve ever cried so hard. It’s so frustrating and I was hoping it would be something that would just pass… but there’s no cure for eczema, at least I hear. And it’s just depressing that I’m going to have to live with itchy, dry hands forever . And the hive-like-bumps aren’t fun either… my sister in law suggested I try a Vaseline lotion, so I have been and it’s been working good so far. But who knows, my skin might grow immune to that too…

The picture was taken for my beauty blog for my NOTD (Nails Of The Day) and I noticed you could really see my eczema in the picture…

My messy room! I’ve been planning on cleaning this area since my husband left for basic training last year LOL! Yeah, so much for that idea! The bins were bought to organize all my stuff. I managed to put some of my DVD’s (that were stacked on top of my TV) away, I was afraid they’d all eventually fall over and I’d get reallyyy annoyed. Now I just have to work on everything else! It’s taking some time, my OCD can really hold me back from cleaning things like this… I did manage to clean some of my desk off and my closet yesterday though, so I’m happy about that!

The other day, husband wanted to go check out some parks in our area. We got new boxing pads so he wanted to find a place for us to practice kickboxing. It was pretty out and I wanted to try Pasta Pomodoro’s strawberry lemonade since I saw my sister in law’s picture. It tasted a lot more like limes, but it was really really good. If you like tart, then this is perfect! I also like the cute refill jug they give you!

I wish I had taken pictures of the park, but it was depressing. I hadn’t been back there since I was a kid, and while the main area of the park was pretty and clean, the ponds where we use to fish for crayfish were dirty and filled with that stuff that grows on top of water. And it got all creepy looking. It was really really sad, at least for me. There weren’t that many peacocks like I remember. We did play in the playground. I tried to hang upside down from the monkey bars like you do when you’re a kid, didn’t work out. I’m not as flexible as I use to be! Haha. Made me feel old… and very sad… lol. There were also a ton of gnats there! Ugh. I hate gnats! I ran into the car when we were walking back and shut the door. I found 3 dead gnats on my door! And one crawling on my hand! Gnats make me feel buggy!

They would be all over Six Flags during the summer. And I’d usually go on the last games pick up, so it would be at night when the park closes. Well not only do the gnats at the park come out at night… but so do the spiders. I didn’t know what to dodge more… the gnats or the super huge spiders. I’m arachnophobia so that job, while I loved it, was very difficult for me. Especially in the summer time. Oh man, the stories of that place… consider yourself lucky!

I was suppose to do my GEN/195 final yesterday, but I didn’t. It’s due on Monday. Crap. I can’t believe my first University of Phoenix class is almost over !

I’ve also been forcing myself to drink at least half a bottle of water (a bottle of 16oz) every night before bed. Like I’ve mentioned many times, I’m horrible with drinking water… I hate water, but I’ve felt a huge difference since I started drinking more water. I feel a lot better and I don’t get as many headaches. Whoohoo !

So last Tuesday, we went into Sprint looking at phone’s. I had a question actually, I dont remember exactly why we were there… but anyway, we ended up switching providers! So yes, I finally got my Palm Pixi! I am in love with it. Seriously, I’m always on my phone now. I totally forgot I still have my T-Mobile Sidekick lol! So yes, Tuesday was a good day . Husband also switched with me, he got the HTC Hero. I’m jealous over how many more apps the Hero has, but I hate the way the phone looks. I’m not a fan of bulky PDA’s with huge screen and touchscreen keyboards. Oh, I also got Panera Bread for dinner. I destroyed that dinner quicker than I usually do lol!

Wednesday we went to see Wicked! My 4th time and husband’s 3rd. I finally got to see Teal Wicks as Elphaba and Natalie as Glinda and I must say, I loved Natalie as Glinda! I’m sad she left the SF production last Sunday. She was amazing. I loved the mocking Teal did in “What Is This Feeling”. I’m also sad that Eddy and Patty left on Sunday as well. My favorite Boq and Madame Morrible!

Rushed down to stage door, you can read about my Wicked day here actually lol. But yes, it was a very good day. Even though I skipped eating cause we were running late and I had the biggest headache after the show.

Got new moleskine’s. These ones have blank pages, husband wanted a drawing book and I had my eye on this one instead of the one with lined pages that I got last month, but I figured to go with lined pages since I’ll probably write more than draw. So I grabbed these for husband (and I, shhh). Dont you hate when you’re so excited to have something that you kinda just sit there all excited and you have no idea what to do next? Yeah, that’s how I feel about my moleskines lol. I’m scared I’ll ruin them somehow! Oh and those are my favorite happy snowmen sheets! I *heart* them. The best part of Winter is busting out these sheets!

Chicken Parm from Olive Garden is one of my favorite dishes (I actually have a lot of favorite dishes but I pick this one the most). I tried it with fettuccine noodles this time, just to see what the big deal was. Annnnd, I hated it. Really, it wasnt that great. Never again!

I declared Sunday to be my Olive Garden day. I’m obsessed with Olive Garden and I dont get to eat there often cause obviously, its not cheap! So I decided to treat myself every week to Olive Garden! Its been awhile since we’ve been to the movies and I know husband wanted to see Avatar (but no way am I sitting at a movie for 3hrs) and he wanted to see Time Travelers Wife (I hate sad movies) so I figured we’ll go see a movie on Sunday too, compromise!

So we watched Dear John. Honestly, I didnt want to. Dear John is one of my absolute favorite books by Nicolas Sparks, I read it years ago and fell in love with it. I know the story gets incredibly sad, and I was hoping they would graze over the sad part since it wasnt that big of a deal but… I was wrong. I normally dont cry at movies but the part that made me the saddest in the book actually happened in the movie and I was bawling my eyes out. Husband didnt poke fun at me this time though. Thank goodness. The story hit home a little more this time than it did when I read the book since I know what it’s like to ask everyday if you got a letter since husband was in Basic Training not too long ago, its like hey, I remember those days. And I guess re-visiting the story, the part that made me the saddest was a much bigger part of the story than I saw the first time.

I thought the guy who played Mr. Tyler did an amazing job with the character. And I thought Channing did an absolute amazing job as John. I loved the movie, not more than the book… but… okay this is turning into a review which I had planned to blog about. Good job Zel lol!

I didnt feel like being home the other day so we drove around in circles around town, not knowing what to do after dropping Marissa off at her boyfriend’s house which was in the middle of nowhere! And we ended up at the park, playing with our new phones. And then it started raining so I decided to just go home. And as soon as I got there, I wanted to leave again. I’ve been grumpy lately, mostly because I’ve been craving an extreme dose of peace and quiet and I barely get any, so yeah. I’m sure that’s enough to make anyone grumpy. Anyway, that was kinda (by kinda I mean really) a bad day for me, I got hit with intense anxiety that night, it was almost painful. Made me miss my furball who passed almost two years ago.

Wanna know a secret? I take only gummie multivitamin’s. I was taking children’s Finding Nemo ones but husband didnt like that it didnt give you everything you needed, so I started taking these, the adult version. Thank goodness they come in sour. I’m going to be reviewing these on my food blog here soon. I’m trying to get my hands on the brand new Jolly Rancher Sour ones! MmM. My mouth’s watering just thinking about how delicious they would be!

I went to talk to someone at the University of Phoenix yesterday, I’m thinking of attending. The school and the program and the options sound wonderful. Exactly what I’m looking for, its just picking my major that I’m going to have a hard time with. The great part is, husband is thinking about attending with me as well! I’m pretty excited, there have been complications in the past that have prevented him from attending school with me, so I’m pretty excited about this !

YES! I finally got my Moleskine! It took me forever to decide on what color I wanted. It was between the blues or the pinks. I was actually looking for the Moleskine planner but considering I already have 2 planners, I’ll go with the notebooks. I was debating if I should had gotten the blank pages instead, but I dont draw and I doubt I’ll start any time soon.

Now that I have them, I dont know what to do with them I was thinking of turning one into a scrapbook. Maybe start printing out some pictures and make it into a “thinks I like about 2010″ scrapbook. I need somewhere to hold my Wicked tickets, after all . But what should I do with the other one? I was going to borrow and idea Barbz had and turn it into a recipe book, but I barely bake anymore. And not only that, but its hard to get kitchen time when people are home. Maybe when I move out, I’ll buy another set of Moleskine’s and dedicate it to my baking (since I know, I need to touch up on that soon)!

I’ve discovered a new favorite snack of mine!

Lettuce and Mayo! This is heavenly! I added some shredded sandwich Turkey to it and ohmygosh! Delicious! The crispy lettuce with the tarty mayo, they’re amazing together. I usually just dip the lettuce in the mayo, yum!

Speaking of food, Panera Bread released a new sandwich not too long ago. The Napa Almond Chicken Salad. It has grapes and almonds in it, its so delicious. Fresh and sweet and it just screams Spring to me! I pair mine with Broccoli Cheddar Soup and two bags of chips. The best part about college? Eating at Panera Bread!

Lately I’ve been itching to make my own WordPress theme’s. It’s hard since I’m fairly new to WordPress, I just started working with it mid last year. I dont doubt it may take me years to figure out how to code WordPress, which sucks. I wish I was a faster learner, I’m going to be taking Web Design at my college again this semester. The only thing that sucks about it is that there’s only one Web Design class, there’s no part II or anything. Boo. I actually found the first book in the stack to be extremely helpful to people who dont understand a thing about WordPress, I may buy it soon. I have a habit of only buying books from Amazon.

Not much else has been going on over here. I’m waiting for school to start, looking for a job… I literally, just yesterday, sent in the papers to get our marriage license so I can start the process of changing my last name (which I’m not excited for). I’m suppose to be cleaning my room right now, but I’m just way too lazy. My days are dwindling down! I made a bet with my husband that I’d get my room sorted and cleaned out by the end of the month and if I dont… well, then he gets to come in here (without me at the house so I dont freak out) and clean and sort it out for me. I’m hoping it doesnt come down to that. The last time he tried to help me sort out my closet, I had a nervous breakdown. It was literally something you would see from Hoarders. Simply because I am a hoarder. I have an emotional attachment to every single thing in my room, which makes it impossible to throw anything out.

The area in front of my TV isnt a big enough area to actually walk in, so I guess it encourages my bad habit to just stack things there. I clean this area out once or twice a year, there’s just so much stuff there to sort through. But I need to sort through this area (and the rest of my room) by the end of January or my husband gets the opportunity  to go through my room himself and sort through my things. That’s the deal we made. I’ve been putting off cleaning out my room for almost 2 years now.

He just got mad at me just now cause I was going to put my clothes in the dryer and he said he would so he rushed in there, pouted at me and shut the laundry room door on me lol!

This year, I hope to be more organized. I was really excited to buy this planner. I wanted to get a moleskin, I’ve been itching to get a moleskin for a lonnng time! But unfortunately the place I went to didnt have moleskin’s, so I just got this planner instead. But I still do plan on getting a moleskin this year! I was also excited to get the new notebook under it for when I go back to school. Is it nerdy that I get excited when I buy new school supplies?

I have a lot of cleaning up to do for this new year, I just cleaned out a bunch of clothes and there’s still a ton left! Oyee.

Yesterday wasnt spent doing much, I had my first ever Jury Duty summon yesterday morning at 8AM which consisted of a lot of waiting around. I was seriously falling asleep waiting and when we finally got to the court house, I was falling asleep there too! And I was one of the first 18 random picked people. So obviously when the lawyers are asking you questions and you give them a blank stare and when they’re not asking you questions and you’re dozing off, will probably get you excused. Whoops.

Husband was waiting for me outside with breakfast. Isnt he the best? Sad that the Micky D’s there didnt have the bagel breakfast sandwiches but the griddles are good too, everything’s good when you’re starving lol. Went straight home after that, stopping by Cold Stone Creamery for one of their new sundae’s. I originally wanted the Churro sundae but I decided on the Strawberry Funnel Cake.

I did a review for this here on my food blog. Husband wanted cheesecake instead of the french vanilla it came with. What a weirdo! Got some Rubio’s for dinner. I’ve been craving Rubio’s like crazy all week. Then I took a nap for an hour. It was lovely, until I had to wake up. Lame.

Actually, the last few days have been like this. School starts in exactly one week (wow, really?!) so I’m trying to get things together and relaxing as much as I can before school starts. I’m a bit excited to go back to school. I’m hoping to get my GE done this year, or at least the majority of it. I just found out my school doesnt offer many Journalism courses. That is a bit of a problem considering its my major. So the most I can do is do my GE and transfer.

This is one of our family parakeets. As you can see, he has a tumor of some sort. He’s had it for about a year or two and its gotten worse, there have been times when there’s splashes of blood all over his cage. My mom recently separated the two parakeets, but the one that isnt hurt spends a lot of its time clung on to its cage in the direction the hurt bird is in and talks to him. They put this bird to sleep today, and now the bird that isnt hurt is talking, but there’s no one to talk to. I cant but feel bad for it. He keeps looking in the direction his friend’s cage was in

I’m such a sucker for animals feelings. I dont know if buying another bird would make it feel better since he’s known his friend for years, at least 4 years. Poor birdie

In other news, I changed the layout for the site, I dont know if I’ll keep it. I’m so picky when it comes to layouts!

So we headed to Frisko a little late cause I suck at waking up early. But we had lunch and I had a loaded potato and Martin had Rubio’s. Got to look around the mall for a bit then Martin wanted to walk to Pier 39. So we walked. From Metreon to Pier 39. It went by pretty fast, I mean we always walk from Pier 1 to Metreon. Or Pier 1 to 39 or down to the beach but from Metreon to 39? Not so much. AND 5 F line’s passed us! Lame! I got to go in T-Mobile cause I wanna upgrade my SideKick08 to the new SideKickLX09 since it plays youtube and its on a faster connection. A WAY faster connection. I got to play with one and it’s pretty freakin sweet. Its a little bit bigger than my cute SideKick08 but the faster connection is SO sweet! It would be $114 for me to upgrade, and $114 for my next 3 billing cycles. Which is coo but still kinda sucks… ugh.

We got to the seal’s with 15 minutes to spare. Hung around some people with a guy who had a big sign saying “DeFranco Nation”. Then Phil finally shows up!!!!! For those of you who dont know who Philip DeFranco is, he’s sxephil on youtube. He usually covers the news on his “show”. I’ve been watching his channel for two years, and at one point the only reason why I still even went on youtube was to watch his show. So it was pretty exciting for me to meet him!

I’m sad I didnt get a picture with him cause as you can see, there was a BUNCH of people there and EVERYONE kept SWARMING him! I finally got in front of him and about five people just stood in front of me. It was so annoying!!! The crowd finally started to die down and they decided to go eat at some random restaurant and I was so annoyed by then I decided to just leave. We were in that new Players grill that use to be RTA… and Martin saw that the DDR machine had a free game on it and it turned out to be a doubles game so we both played, just since it was free. After the first song, Martin goes “look behind you” and I look behind me and Phil was watching us play!! I kinda hope it isnt but is in his video for yesterday. But yeah…. after that we left. I wanted to get a pic with him, but it was just impossible!

We had dinner at Wipe Out and a nice lonnng talk. I love long nice talks over dinner with him! Then we went home, hella tired and shit.

Why do people do that? Seriously. Why are you going to gloat about a game I know nothing about nor do I even care about and when I clearly state I dont know what it is, you go “nm” seriously. And when YOU say something all they say is “uh ok” like damn, can you make it ANY more OBVIOUS you dont care about what other people say? IRRITATING. People really need to quit. Talking. Seriously.

Today we gotta get some paper work done, according to Martin’s file he’s 7. I dont know how that happened, but its such a hassle to fix. UGH.
